Terms of Service
Placeholder copy. This is generic template text, not legal advice, and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Replace it with terms drafted for your business before you take real customers.
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using AI Bot, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company.
2. The service
AI Bot places outbound phone calls using an AI voice agent that follows the script and settings you configure, and returns transcripts, summaries, and captured fields. We may change or improve features over time.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use AI Bot to:
- Call people who have not consented or who have asked not to be contacted.
- Breach telemarketing, do-not-call, or call-recording laws in any jurisdiction you call into.
- Misrepresent who is calling, or impersonate another person or organisation.
- Send fraudulent, harassing, deceptive, or unlawful content.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
You are solely responsible for the contact lists you upload, the scripts you write, and compliance with the law wherever your calls land.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at signup. Call charges are billed on usage. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Your data
You keep ownership of your campaign and call data. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service on your behalf. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Calls depend on third-party telephony and speech providers whose outages are outside our control.
8. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, poses a legal or security risk, or has unpaid fees.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to the address listed on our home page.
